iOS Troubleshooting
Our products are fully tested on every device model by our staff then by Apple before release on the App Store. However a few people experience unexplained crashes on launch which prevents them from playing the game. Whatever the cause, the device model and the product, a clean firmware restore from iTunes should get it working.You may also read Apple's instructions at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1295 to troubleshoot the game.
